📋 Garage Terms & Conditions

ALL V COMPLIANCE — GARAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS (UK)

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ALL V Compliance platform ("Platform") by garages, service centres, and automotive service providers ("Garage", "You", "Your"). By registering and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

ALL V Compliance provides a digital platform that connects vehicle owners and fleet operators with garages, facilitates MOT bookings, servicing, and maintenance requests, and provides inspection tools, compliance tracking, and customer management features.

We are not a vehicle repair provider, an MOT testing authority, or responsible for physical services delivered by garages.

3. GARAGE ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must: be a legally registered business in the UK; hold all required licences and certifications (including DVSA approval for MOT where applicable); comply with all relevant laws and regulations; and provide accurate and up-to-date business information. We reserve the right to verify your details at any time.

4. GARAGE RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Service Delivery: Perform all services professionally and in accordance with UK regulations; ensure all MOT inspections comply with DVSA standards; provide accurate diagnostics, advisories, and results.

4.2 Accuracy of Information: Ensure all quotes, pricing, and service details are accurate; update availability and service capabilities regularly.

4.3 Customer Interaction: Respond to bookings and enquiries in a timely manner; communicate clearly with customers; honour confirmed bookings unless unavoidable.

5. BOOKINGS & QUOTES

Garages may receive booking requests through the Platform. You may accept, reject, or propose alternative times. Once a booking is accepted it becomes a service commitment; failure to honour bookings may affect your account status.

6. PAYMENTS & FEES

6.1 Platform Fees: ALL V Compliance may charge a per-booking fee, commission on services, or subscription/listing fees (if introduced). Fees will be clearly communicated.

6.2 Customer Payments: Customers may pay directly to the Garage or through the Platform (if enabled). You agree to honour agreed pricing and not charge hidden or undisclosed fees.

7. FINANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Where finance options are offered: eligibility decisions are made by third-party providers; ALL V Compliance does not guarantee approval; garages must not misrepresent finance terms.

8. INSPECTION & DATA SUBMISSION

Where the Platform provides inspection tools, garages must input accurate inspection data. Generated reports and scores are based on your inputs. Important: official MOT submission must still be completed via DVSA systems. The Platform does not replace DVSA systems.

9. CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

You agree to use customer data only for service-related purposes; comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws; and not share or misuse customer information.

10. RATINGS, REVIEWS & PERFORMANCE

We may collect customer feedback, monitor service quality, and display ratings. Repeated issues may result in reduced visibility, suspension, or removal from the Platform.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not: provide fraudulent or misleading services; manipulate pricing unfairly; bypass the Platform to avoid fees (for Platform-generated customers); misuse the inspection system; or upload false data.

12. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide poor or unsafe service, receive repeated complaints, or act fraudulently. You may also terminate your account at any time.

13. LIABILITY

13.1 Garage Liability: You are fully responsible for services performed, vehicle condition after service, and any damages or losses.

13.2 Platform Liability: ALL V Compliance is not liable for service quality, mechanical failures, or disputes between Garage and customer.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL V Compliance shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business or revenue, or delays or service interruptions.

15. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ALL V Compliance against claims arising from your services, regulatory breaches, and customer disputes.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
